  • Overview

    Visual Lease is looking for a top performing sales executive who has experience selling enterprise software to key decision makers for their real estate / financial management needs. This Sales Director will be responsible for selling high volume, strategic deals to new clients who are among many of the largest companies in world, while working as a team player within the company to exceed established goals.

    What You Will Do

    • Achieve sales goals by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in our industry, offering unique, value-added products and services.
    • Effectively utilize resources to reach and identify prospects for contact.
    • Strategic, executive-level selling in a consultative manner.
    • Provide input to sales, business, and product development plans.
    • Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts.
    • Schedule and meet face-to-face contact with current or prospective buyers on a regular basis.
    • Stay current on market and industry conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals and approaches.
    • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Visual Lease solutions.

     

    What You Will Need

    ·       Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Enterprise Software sales required, real estate or contract management industry experience a must.

    ·       Track record of exceeding annual sales quotas.

    ·       Experience selling to key decision makers at the VP and C-Suite levels.

    ·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a similar discipline. 

    ·       Must be able to demonstrate ability to achieve sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.

    ·       Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.

    ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation.

    ·       Team leader with strong interpersonal skills.

    ·       Strong understanding of industry trends, key players, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace.

    ·       Ability to publicly represent Visual Lease with internal and external customers, and at events and seminars.

    ·       Detailed sales process knowledge.

    ·       Travel as required (25-50%)
