    This unique opportunity will provide support in a growing, fast paced startup environment. You will build, co-design, implement, track progress, and evaluate organizational and talent development programs designed to improve retention, learning, performance, culture, build capability and achieve long-term success through talent management and organization development initiatives.

    What You Will Do

    • Build a comprehensive Training Curriculum that will include onboarding of new people across all functions as well as continuing education for our employees.
    • Lead the implementation and roll out of new online learning portal.
    • Develop career paths by job function and/or leadership level.
    • Develop a strategy to implement ongoing trainings, which would include reviewing vendors, developing curriculum tracks, and ensuring proper marketing of the trainings.
    • Coordinate training facilities and resources in advance of training activities such as training content; PowerPoint presentations; training aids; and classroom setup
    • Designs, develops, and maintains web-based and classroom-led training materials on the VL product line for new and existing VL employees.
    • Leads efforts to successfully onboard new hires ensuring they are properly supported and fully engaged. Facilitates orientation sessions.

    What You Will Need

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related discipline required;
    • 4+ years of Human Resources experience
    • Ability to develop educational programs or other instructional design process from start to finish.
    • Experience developing digital content delivered in a learning management system (LMS).
    • Experience using measurement and evaluation strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning solutions on performance.


    • Excellent computer skills – strong MS Excel competency required
    • Proactive, organized and disciplined in approach to complicated tasks
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong ability to work independently and as a team player
    • Demonstrated understanding and application of HR best practices
    • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism
