  • Overview

    Visual Lease is seeking a creative, energetic, detail-oriented Sr Customer Marketing Manager to take our marketing department to the next level. The candidate will be responsible for the strategy, development and execution of end-to-end marketing programs, focused on customer engagement. This position will develop, shape and disseminate the market messages to both our future clients, and our 400+ existing clients, including start-ups like WeWork, Slack & Snapchat and Fortune 500 brands such as FOX, Starbucks & Avis Budget.

     

    The candidate will report to the VP Marketing and partner directly with the Demand Gen Marketing Manager, along with executive stakeholders in Sales, Product & Account Management. They will also provide clear recommendations around staffing requirements and budgetary needs to execute on marketing opportunities. Ideally you speak in MQLs and SQLs, with a comfort in high growth, rapidly evolving organizations.

    What You Will Do

    • Customer Enablement & Product Marketing. Be the execution engine for Visual Lease customer education program: including product promotion, feature messaging, and retention-focused marketing campaigns to our 400+ global customers
    • Sales Enablement. Be the execution engine for Visual Lease sales enablement, including prospect campaigns, and aligning messaging for our sales team
    • Content. Manage the content development process, leveraging our 3rd party agency resources as required
    • Standards. Manage and maintain messaging standards across VisualLease.com and other marketing channels
    • Executive Reporting. Provide business intelligence to the executive team through monthly marketing reporting to show impact of marketing / communications initiatives. 
      Assist the Brand Manager in event planning, social media strategy and brand extension
      Assist the Alliance Management team in partner enablement & campaign strategies
      Assist the VP Marketing with overall strategy, budgeting and long-term vision

    What You Will Need

    • Bachelor’s degree required; M.B.A. or other related advanced degree preferred.
    • 7+ years’ experience of software marketing, ideally B2B model
    • 2+ years’ experience successfully leading/managing required.
    • Experience building and implementing cohesive, strategic customer enablement programs across digital, print & social channels
    • Deep understanding of marketing automation strategy, tools and analytics
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead individual contributors to success, and expertise leading marketing teams.
    • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
    • Proven expertise in all aspects of marketing, digital strategy, writing and leadership.
    • Able to effectively manage organizational change; comfortable with multiple/changing priorities.
    • Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
    • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes
